MY PROCESS

I know that not every consultant is a fit - and not every company should become a client. 

My process is actually very simple:

  1. We'll have a 25-minute call to talk about YOUYOUR aspirations, YOUR business, YOUR challenges.  I'll ask you some probing questions, and then ...

  2. I'll tell you a bit about my background, and if I think there's a fit, I'll offer some insights and tell you why ...

  3. Then I'll go away and create my recommendation on how we may work together. During that creation process, I may come back to you for additional clarity ...

  4. Finally, we'll meet again, and I'll share the recommendation with you.  It will include specifics on

    • what I'll do

    • what you'll do

    • how we'll measure value and progress

    • the economics of working together

    • and, finally, how will we know we're done
